1. Media Release & Consent
By submitting this registration, I grant permission to The Feet of Jesus, Inc. to photograph, video record, and/or audio record my likeness, image, voice, and participation during this event. I understand and agree that these materials may be used by The Feet of Jesus, Inc. for promotional, educational, informational, and ministry-related purposes in any media format, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, presentations, and future event promotions.
I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials and that The Feet of Jesus, Inc. may edit, reproduce, publish, or distribute such materials at its discretion.
I also agree to receive email communications from The Feet of Jesus, Inc. regarding event updates, ministry activities, and future events. I understand that I may opt out of email communications at any time.
By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Legal Notice
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you have had the opportunity to review this Media Release & Consent. If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or included in event media, please notify an event organizer prior to the start of the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, The Feet of Jesus, Inc. cannot guarantee exclusion from all photographs, recordings, or live event coverage conducted in public or group settings.
This release shall be binding upon the participant and their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. If the participant is under 18 years of age, registration and acceptance of these terms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
